Daniel, Royce, and Tracy were amazing! I scheduled a routine leak fix for my washer connections. Daniel promptly arrived at 8:30 repaired the leak in a timely manner. I checked on the laundry later that afternoon and noticed the stem had sprung a new leak. I called Tracy in a panic, water was leaking down my wall! Both her people were on another job but she had a partner at my house within 10 minutes to turn off the water. An hour later Royce shows up to start the repairs. Daniel swings by to help, they get the everything up and running with no additional cost to me. Truly amazing service, I highly recommend their company. Great people, doing honest work.

When I called in about the toilet problems, the lady who answered, Tracy, asked questions to try and assess my problems and I knew she wanted to handle them the best way and most efficient and cost saving way for me. Best plumbers in Jacksonville. Robert and Tracy Hall run an outstanding business. They are fair, reasonable and quick to respond. I am a realtor and I have had them do work in many of my property listings. My customers have always been pleased with their work. Our washing machine had old pipes that started leaking. I called our house warranty people (2-10 home warranty) and they had Amelia Plumbing call me. The owner came out the same day and told me what needed to be done. They would saw off the cast iron pipe and replace it with pvc. The next day our repair was scheduled and Daniel DeLuca, their employee came out and it was fixed in an hour! He was a wonderfully polite and kind employee and he really knew his stuff! I was so very impressed with his quality of work and I highly recommend Danny and Amelia Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs! My homeowners warranty connected us to Amelia Plumbing to fix a leak, and they called us less than 12 hours after submitting the claim (never happens!), and said they could try to squeeze us in the same day. The woman on the phone was so pleasant to deal with, and texted to remind me to send a picture of the item that needed servicing, and called when they had a last-minute opening. The man, Royce, who came to work on the house was so polite and courteous, got right to work, and even showed me an extra thing-or-two about the house I didn't know! They were a pleasure to work with, and I would definitely recommend them!

My water heater started leaking through a burst/cracked drain at 4:30 on Monday afternoon. By the time I could get the heater drained and turn in the warrantee claim, it was after 6 and I had no idea who to call. The warrantee company sent the contract to Amelia plumbing, so I called them first thing Tuesday morning. Tracy was professional and empathetic and helped me understand the process with the warrantee company. They happened to have the exact model of replacement water heater scheduled for another job that was delayed. So, she managed to get that unit moved to my job. It's noon on Wednesday morning and we have hot water again. At each turn, Tracy was calling me before I need to call her. She called at 8 am this morning to tell me they were loading up the new water heater and he would be there by 9 am. Sure enough, Daniel arrived at just before 9 and was able to fully diagnose the particulars of our system and get the unit installed in about 90 minutes. Will recommend Amelia plumbing and they have my future business.
